1) How do I book Pretty Little Trio for my event?

I’d be delighted to help with your celebrations, get in touch with your requirements and I’ll send you a quotation. To save the date, a £100 non-refundable deposit secures the date and my services. Final details and payment is then not due until 30 days before your event. Hire requirements can be altered up until this point to allow for RSVP’s to have been returned.

2) Do you deliver?

Yes the hired items will be delivered and collected from your venue, for which there is a small charge. Based in Cheshire, I cover the Northwest and Wales and further afield on request.

3) Do you wash up?

Yes, I offer an unpack, set out, style, wash up and repack service which is optional but highly recommended. If you choose to do this yourself, the china must be hand washed and not placed in a dishwasher, oven or microwave.

4) How long is the hire period?

The hire prices are for a 3 day hire.

5) Is the china hire genuine vintage china?

Yes, the collection consist of entirely vintage bone china, lovingly collected and selected for its beautiful appearance and quality.

6) Do the trios (cup, saucer and cake plate) match?

Yes, I collect the tea sets in matching trios. So each place setting is a matching cup, saucer and cake plate but each setting would be different to the next.

7) I prefer a mismatched look is that possible?

Yes it is, please just let me know that this is your preference.

8) We have a colour theme can the china match that?

Yes, the collection is quite extensive so do let me know about any colour preferences you have, there is no extra charge for colour preference, its just subject to availability on your date.

9) What about breakages/damages/losses?

A £100 damages deposit is taken 7 days before the event, and is returned (usually!) in full on safe return of the hired items. Full terms and conditions are available on request.

10) I have some of my own teacups, but I need more do you 'top up' any additions needed?

As a rule I don’t top up the same items, for example if you need additional teacups to those you already have, its just too easily muddled up. I will top us different items, for example if you have teacups but no cake-stands, I can help. Do get in touch for further clarification about this.

11) Do you have a showroom where I can view the china?

The website has an extensive collection of images of the collection to give you a feel of the china and props available to hire. If you require something you don’t see, please do enquire as I may be able to help. Although I don’t have a showroom, I am often at wedding fairs and am happy to meet up to discuss your event and show you samples of the collection.
